Project 52 --Heat

It's funny that this week's Project 52 theme is HEAT, because already the weather is changing and the evenings and mornings are cooler... almost sweatshirt inducing cooler!!

But I did have the perfect opportunity to photograph some heat recently when we had a little campfire in the back yard one evening!  We had chips and veggies, and cooked hotdogs over the fire and then ended the evening with S'mores!!  So much fun!

    My favorite is the second picture. The glowing around the charred wood is great.

    I love photographs of fire, not the destrutive aspects, but the actual flames. There is something so ethereal and energizing that just draws me in to it.
