Why do you worry?

Sharing a little Scripture for your Sunday

Matthew 6: 25-26

Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?

Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?

Why do you worry? Why do I worry? My Father knows my needs... and my wants! Praising Him for blessing me above and beyond what I could ask or think!

  1. I think of this so often when I see the birds flitting around the trees in my yard. I have a heart for birds, b/c I know they are an example of God's love and care for us. Thanks for the reminder. And the neat bird photo.

  3. This is def something God has been impressing on me! Worry will not change anything, nor can it MAKE anything happen...all it does is effect our health and decay our faith. Taking one step in the yielding of my worries to Him! Great reminder...thanks!
