The theme for this week's Project 52 is A Great Leap... perfect for Leap Day. To be honest, I did absolutely nothing special for Leap Day. We did our leaping the day before... and it's a good thing because the weather on Leap Day was not conducive to leaping. It started as snow, changed to freezing rain and then just rain, not much of an extra day, but it was still the day the Lord has made and I tried to rejoice and be glad in it!
Thankfully, Tuesday had been a much nicer day. The sun did a lot of shining. So after I picked up the kids from school we went outside for a little bit of leaping! Do you know how hard it is to get a picture of four children all in the air at the same time?!?! Next to impossible, I tell you!
Thank heaven's for Picasa collage option! :) Here are my 4 Leapers all in the air, but none at the same time!! :)
then we tried leaping off the picnic table and didn't have much better results. They grew tired of leaping before I grew tired of taking pictures, but it started getting ugly, so I gave up.
so hopefully, the real photographers at Project 52 did a better job of capturing A Great Leap, go check it out!!

I love the stairstep effect that your last photo has. Really capturing a moment in time of your four kiddos! Happy March! - Laura (stopping in from P52)
ReplyDeleteYou did well! It certainly is not easy to get any bunch of children to do anything at the same time. I drive a school bus, along with raising my three boys and the children are always keeping me busy ;)
